一、工作原理：
废气处理塔的工作原理是对废气进行收集，处理。通过酸碱中和反应，或者利用水对一些气体的吸收溶解，或者利用活性碳对一些气体或物质的吸附。以达到废气净化的目的。将净化好的气体排放到大自然中。
二、工作流程：
从大体上，废气处理的流程有四大流程：集gas—absorb—process—discharge
1、先将工厂作业期间产生有异味/无味的gas, dusts, through making and installing exhaust fans/hood on machines or working tables.
2、lay ventilation pipes.
3、install blowers.
4、blow the gas to waste gas treatment tower using blower.
5、in front of or behind the waste gas treatment tower, set a horizontal or vertical activated carbon absorption tower. Absorb odorous gases and harmful substances as needed.
In the tower, the gas flows from top to bottom; water flows from top to bottom in a reverse misting form for absorbing some easily soluble gases with water and washing tiny dusts. After passing through one layer of misting water for washing, the gas enters a filter flower ball filtration layer; due to its many small holes and fine mesh feature, it slows down the ascending speed of the gas entering into second layer misting.
7., in between layers of mists or within processing towers, put alkaline substances for acid-base neutralization purposes further towards purification goals. After absorption by activated carbon and two layers of mists with two layers filtering after alkaline neutralization is done when air quality meets standards at this point. The purified air then goes into membrane stage where membranes have numerous small passages preventing any water splashes but allowing easy passage of gases out.
三装置：
According to emission equipment installation standards should be released high altitude. Indoor release devices belong should meet indoor emissions standard contents & concentrations also need indoors.
Install pumps around purifying machine's sides so they won't burn up due to lack of H2O.
3., control panels for blowers & pumps installed inside rooms suitable for operation or production floor area so workers can control them during work hours or rest time off shift.
