工业废气净化塔是解决NOx废气及氯酸盐、硫酸盐、硝酸盐（俗称黄龙废气）问题的一种新型设备。它通过精心设计的工作原理和流程，实现了对这些有害物质的大量去除，使得排放出的空气更加清洁。

一、工作原理：

Industrial waste gas purification towers work by collecting and processing industrial waste gases. Through acid-base neutralization reactions, or the use of water to absorb and dissolve certain gases, or the use of activated carbon to absorb certain gases or substances. The purpose is to achieve the goal of purifying industrial waste gases.

二、工作流程：

From a general perspective, the process of treating industrial waste gas has four main processes: collection - absorption - treatment - discharge

First, gather all sorts of odorless/odorous gases and dust produced during factory operations through fans installed above machines or workbenches.

Lay out ventilation pipes.

Install blowers.

Use blowers to suck up the collected waste gas into an industrial waste gas purification tower.

In front of or behind the purification tower, set up a horizontal or vertical activated carbon absorption tower for absorbing odorous/toxic substances in some cases.

In the tower, air flows from top to bottom while water flows from bottom to top in an inverse fog-like manner for washing away some easily soluble components with water and removing minute dust particles.

After one layer's fog-like spray washes over it, air enters into a filter layer filled with many small holes on flower balls that slow down airflow speed so that entering second-layer misty spray can fully combine with it.

8., add alkaline materials between spraying waters/middle sections as needed for acid-base neutralization purposes after two layers' sprays & filters; also after acid-base neutralization & two layers' sprays & filters; once further purified by membrane stage (membrane features numerous small openings), finally meets emission standards at last exit before release into atmosphere.

三装置：

Accordingly install equipment following emissions standard guidelines; if indoor emissions required then measure content quantity against indoor emissions standard specifications;

Install pumps near both sides of purification machine for preventing pump failure due lack-of-water;

Control boxes containing pumps/fans placed in control rooms/car production areas within reach allowing operation during working hours/sleeping time when off-duty;
