一、PP废气净化塔设备概述：

二、PP废气净化塔的工作原理：

PP处理塔是活性炭吸附的设备，硫酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、盐酸等工艺操作过程中产生有机物/挥发性有机组合物（VOCs）, 废气通过引风机的动力进入高效填料塔，在填料tower喷头喷出活性炭均匀分布在填料上，废气与活性炭在填料表面上充分接触，由于填料的机械强度大、高效吸附能力强空隙率高、大表面积特点，废气与活性炭在填料表面有较多的接触面积和反应时间。净化后的气体会饱含水份经过tower顶除雾装置去除水份后直接排放大気中。PP处理tower工作原理是将gas中的污染物质分离出来转换为无害物质以达到netting gas目的。它属于微分接触逆流式,tower内filling层gas液两相接触基本构件,tower外部gas进入towertop后,gas进入filling层,filling layer上来自topspray liquid及前fillspray liquid并在filling layer形成一层liquid film,gas flow through filling space时，与filling liquid film interface contact perform adsorption or comprehensive reaction,filling layer can provide enough surface area against gas flow and not cause too much resistance,after adsorption or comprehensive reaction the gas through mist collector collect then exhaust from tower top.liquid in PP processing tower circulation pool after add chemicals treatment recirculate use,sediment periodically dredge dispose outside.
