一、工作原理：
废气处理塔的工作原理是对废气进行收集，处理。通过酸碱中和反应，或者利用水对一些气体的吸收溶解，或者利用活性碳对一些气体或物质的吸附。以达到废气净化的目的。将净化好的气体排放到大气中。
二、工作流程：
从大体上，废气处理的流程有四大流程：集gas—absorption—processing—discharge
1、先将工厂作业期间产生有异味/无味的gas, dust, through designing and installing exhaust fans or smoke hoods above the machines or workbenches that produce waste gas.
2、Lay ventilation ducts.
3、Install blowers.
4、Have the waste gas sucked into the waste gas treatment tower by blowers.
5、In front of or behind the waste gas treatment tower, a horizontal or vertical activated carbon absorption tower is set up to absorb gases with unpleasant odors or toxins.
Inside the tower, gases flow from top to bottom. Water flows downwards in a mist-like manner for absorption of some easily soluble gases in water and washing out tiny dust particles. After being washed by one layer of mist-like spraying water, gases enter a filter ball layer for filtration. The small holes and fine mesh of filter balls reduce the speed at which gases rise upward, allowing sufficient contact between entering second-layer spraying water and second-layer mist-like spraying water.
8., In addition to adding lime slices in either sprayer liquid or within processing towers according to conditions, acid-base neutralization is further achieved after two layers of sprays and filtrations as well as active carbon adsorption. The purified gas can then meet discharge standards at this point. Subsequently, it enters membrane stages where membranes feature many curved narrow channels preventing splashes while allowing easy release of air.
三、高级安装要求：
According to standards for emission devices for industrial wastes disposal facilities should be released high above ground level; indoor release devices must adhere strictly to indoor emissions standards.
Looping pumps are installed on both sides of purification equipment so as not to burn out due to lack of water supply.
Control panels for fans and pumps should be placed in an easily accessible control room or production workshop area ensuring operational convenience during working hours as well as rest periods outside regular working hours when controls may also be required on these devices such as Shanghai Industrial Waste Gas Purification Tower & Jiangsu Industrial Waste Gas Purification Tower
